These terms apply to anyone who signs in to Kordi at app.kordi.win. By signing in you agree to them. If you are using Kordi on behalf of a company, you confirm you may accept these terms for it.

1. What Kordi is

Kordi is a private dashboard that shows how AI coding agents and chat assistants describe software products. It is provided by seo2agents to its clients as part of a consulting engagement. Access is by invitation only.

2. Accounts and access

• You may sign in only with an account we invited. Do not share sign-in links or let others use your session.
• You see the data of the client or clients you were invited to and nothing else. Trying to reach another client's data is a breach of these terms.
• We may remove access at any time, and will do so when an engagement ends or at a client's request.

3. Your use of the data

• Measurements, transcripts and analyses shown in the dashboard are provided for the invited client's internal use. You may share them inside your company and with your advisers.
• Do not publish, resell or redistribute the dashboard's data, and do not present it as an endorsement by any AI vendor or by seo2agents without written agreement.
• Do not attempt to probe, scrape, load-test or reverse engineer the service.

4. What the numbers are and are not

Kordi records what particular AI systems answered to particular questions at a particular time. Those systems change, and identical questions can get different answers. Every figure in the dashboard carries its sample size, and we state where a result is directional rather than measured. The dashboard is an input to your decisions, not a guarantee of any outcome.

5. Edits and judgement calls

Some fields in the dashboard, such as recommendation labels and page categories, are human judgements. They are attributed to the person who made them and can be revised. seo2agents may correct or annotate them.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Kordi available but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change features, pause scans, or retire the dashboard with reasonable notice to active clients.

7. Intellectual property

The dashboard, its design and its methodology belong to seo2agents. Third-party product names and logos shown in the dashboard belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.

8. Liability

Kordi is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, seo2agents is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the dashboard, and its total liability under these terms is limited to the fees paid for the engagement in which the dashboard was provided. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and disputes are subject to the courts of Tel Aviv, unless the engagement agreement between seo2agents and your company says otherwise, in which case that agreement prevails.
